Debuff Pets?
Dam/Debuff would draw aggro and they would die faster than their harmless brethren. Which is already pretty fast. Besides, given the amount of the buffs the debuffs would also be pointless. You want to reduce an enemy's damage and regen by -3% each?

Yes, like vanity pets, power-blocking travel temps and 'rooting' stealth powers.
