AMD regulary breaks the compatibility. However, if you check the tech sections (also an All Access section like Player Qs here) there is a list of AMD drivers and how they work for people.
I seem to recall at least one of the 12.X drivers work fine for (most) people in CoH.

People have been saying that the 12.4s seem to work OK. I am still using the 12.1s as I am too lazy to upgrade

Is there a fix besides running the old drivers for the AMD series video cards? I would like to play this game again, but freezing every few minutes and having to do a hard close of the game isn't much fun. I'd prefer to keep the updated drivers if at all possible since I also play another game and the drivers come in handy in that. Thanks in advance.
