Which actually was useful. I had an enhancement +1'd...(think it was a Gift of the Ancients) and wanted to put it in storage. Interestingly, you are not able to store boosted enhancements. So, I passed it off to a friend to get rid of the +1, then he passed it back to me so I could go ahead and store it. Yes, the boost was gone, but atleast I got to store the enhancement which was ultimately the goal.

yes boosted enhancements are tradeable via direct trade.
They can be traded, but if you trade them, the "plusses" are stripped off.

(I was just lucky that I was standing in Wentworths when he found he could not put them on the market.)
Paragon City Search And Rescue
The Mentor Project
I was talking about IOs, not HOs. As far as I know, they have similar but different rules. Last I saw, IOs lost plusses when traded. I haven't tried it in a while, though since it costs a consumable resource (Boosters) if the experiment works the way I think it will.
I've got someone with boosted stuff in their tray. I could copy them to test/beta and check it there.

Do they lose their + value?
