Tactics are for those who do not have a big enough hammer. Wisdom is knowing how big your hammer is.
I suggested this (in-game) during the beta where they turned vet badges into emails. Synapse (I think) said it was a good idea and that I should post on the boards. I did, and nothing ever came of it. I think it's probably a weird system to get the account and character items into the email UI and trying to adjust it all might be too much for the current code to handle.

The window sucks. I think it should have been redesigned when they decided it would be used so much -- obviously they had never used it much and/or deemed it an acceptable skip. Now they depend on it quite a bit... and we're still stuck with it.

I don't care about the body of the message, since 99% of the time there isn't one. I want/need a way to sort through the crap in my inbox without having to do it through a 5 line mini-window.
Anyone have a good solution for this?
