Add non-metallic versions of the Imperial Dynasty pieces

Pretty much as the title says. The Imperial Dynasty shoulders, gloves and chest piece have no option to not be metallic, and I wish they did because they look really out of place if you try to use them with anything that isn't metallic. They need to have both metallic and non-metallic versions available, like the various spiked shoulders and belts originally from CoV do.
Even worse, in beta when I looked at them there they weren't metallic, and looked awesome. Then we got them on live and they were metallic for some unknown reason.
