Check your account page. They now have this thing where you can set how much money you can spend on your account per month. IIRC the max is like $400 but it can be set lower than that. If you haven't messed around with that value it might be defaulted for you at a pretty low setting.

Is anyone else having trouble buying Paragon Points?
I purchased some points and decided to buy some more. On Sunday evening, I went back in to buy some more Paragon Points and I now get the message "As a security measure we limit individual online serial code purchases. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later. If you have further questions please visit this Support Center article Online Code Purchase Limits.".
On Tuesday I sent in a support incident, received a ticket number but no response.
Quite frustrating, I already missed out on one sale and looks like I might miss out on another.
