So I made this Nin/Nin Stalker ages ago on Champion...think CoV Beta to live...got him all accoladed, ran all the content then, got all the accolades (everything from Born in Battle to Force of Nature), then IOs came out and he had all of 10,000,000 inf on him and I went...ehhhhhh...forget it.
Over the years I've accumulated a bunch of inf and IOs and I'm pretty bored at the moment, so shere's the challenge:
Make me a build using mostly uncommons, a handful of rare sets that will make my Nin/Nin "fun", where "fun" is basically running most content without endurance issues and where the Ninjutsu's defense is optimized.
Feel free to add in Incarnate stuff since I can run infinity trials on Champion anyway.
Budget allocated: Whatever, but would like to keep it under 2-3 billion...a lot less than that is preferable. Basically looking for a cheapy build.
Have "unlimited" respecs...the toon has been around forever so I think he has 12 or 14 Respecs, so that isn't an issue.
Could throw an Apoc IO to the best build if that helps, I have some spares kicking around in my storage bases.
