Can't find old thread about Praetoria contact chain...

I had this thread favorited (http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showthread.php?t=237281, named Avoiding Contact Chain Blocker in Praetoria **SPOILERS** - City of Heroes Forums) around the time Going Rogue came out and now I can't find it.

I need to find the info again, I want to do all of Praetoria's arc on one character. Any help?

Thansk. That helps. I had found similar stuff on Google but it wasn't enough. I'm not sure this still is, actually. I remember having something telling me clearly what arcs to do in what order. That'll do I guess...
