If I'm logged in already, why do I need to log in again to access the store?

So I can never remember my NCsoft master account information because I never have to use it. I must have made a typo somewhere on that clunky laggy store screen because I kept putting my password in wrong and eventually locked myself out. Got tired of forgetting so I sent in a password reset request and still haven't got an email back on that.

This is a really weird system. If I've logged in already, do I really need to again?

Because logging into your game account has nothing to do with logging into your master account.

Are you talking about your master account or the Paragon market?

In your other thread where you talk about having problems resetting your password, you mention being anxious to buy staff fighting, which implies you're trying to get on the market. I've never had to re-enter a password to access the market when I'm already in game, I just click on the icon and it takes me straight there.

Are you doing something different?

Had the same problem. It is probably not that you typed anything wrong, the in game store login uses the same logic as the web login. If your IP has changed, which for most people happens, then you need to log in through the web an verify your new IP address before you can log in through the in game interface.
