interface I like preemptive core but reactive is good too

I have a new main I have put a lot of my best stuff onto. The build is posted in build workshop area. The build goals (in order of importance) are softcap S/L defense, very high recharge, high as possible Energy defense. The "super recharge" feature of the build makes Dark Consumption, Soul Drain, and Dull Pain available very often. I was wondering what suggestions people would make for Incarnate powers. Thanks for any ideas.
