Upper body set to jackets on all body types (male, female, and huge) the Leather Studded Belt from the Pocket D Valentines pack is missing on the character's waist in the costume creation window. The belt is in the list but just doesn't show up on the character itself. I have selected a few different jackets where you would be able to see the belt and it just doesn't show. On 1 female character I had the Pocket D costume already on (Quilted Jacket and pants from the set) but had a different belt and decided to switch to the Leather Studded Belt to make the costume more complete when I noticed it wasn't on my character's waist. I hoped, and was wrong, that this was a bug with the costume creator. I accepted the change and zoomed in to look at the front of my character. She was standing there beltless. This was aggravating because it cost me over 200k inf to change it and that's with the 50% discount from paragon rewards.
I opened a support ticket that day, March 31, to report the bug. I checked back the next day on the ticket only to find that within 2 hours after submitting the ticket, a higher GM reviewed it, gave the automated "the software may not be working as intended" response and closed the ticket..........on a Saturday no less.
I have at least 1 male character and 1 female character where the belt was on their costumes prior to a recent patch and still show up on the character themselves, but when I enter the tailor window with them the belt is set to NONE and with a inf fee showing for the change, and when I choose the Leather Studded Belt it doesn't show up on the character's waist. I will not be changing anything about those costumes at all until this is fixed.
Note: It also does not show up with the upper body set to sleeveless jackets.
I think the recent patch that added the female Metallic Dress Top to the jacket and other upper body categories is when the bug occurred, although I don't understand why it happened to male characters.

I was about to report this too.
The name of the belt shows up in the window option in character creator but the belt is invisible or it just not there, for jackets and sleeveless jackets.
