Unable to purchase points

I've been getting this error everytime I try to place points on my account through, both, the market and site from either paypal or card.

"We are currently unable to accept your order at this time. Please try again later or visit one of our retail partners."

This has been happening since the patch update and I was hoping it was happening to everyone and would resolve eventually. But my cousin was able to put points on his account via paypal yesterday and shows no errors while I still get the one.

Could I get some help?
Does anyone have this issue?

I'd recommend contacting NCSoft support directly for this. This section is pretty much for players-helping-players.
