Without having to be a villain or do the patron arc. Thank you.

I completely support this. I have several toons that would benefit from the PPPs but have stalled on the road to villain. Most recently, my thugs/traps MM who was on a record setting ride to 50 but lost interest in him after he went to the rogue isles. Sadly, he's still over there gathering dust.

Why?
Curious as to your reasoning for this suggestion.

Because the OP doesn't want to spend all the time to switch sides from hero to villain and back to hero just to get scorpion shield.

It's just spending cash instead of time. They already have the alignment change token, so why not a"two-for" that doesn't actually change alignments but gives you PPP access?

Seems reasonable to me. I wouldn't buy one, but I see no reason not to sell it.

So basically another laziness suggestion. This seems to be a huge trend lately. Why not offer up ways to buy accolades too?

But this nets Paragon Studios less $$$. Currently, you'd have to buy an alignment change token, then do the arc and either buy another token or suck it up and do the alignment switch over....per character.

I'm guessing you're not requesting this be a global access purchase but rather per character and I'm guessing you're willing to pay more than 2x the amount as an alignment token?

Good question. I don't see why not.

And it's not lazy. Some people don't have all the time that you our even I might. They spend their time working and earning cash instead. If they want to better fund the game's development, I say we let them. In the end, we all enjoy the game more.

Yes, I am willing to pay 1600 points for this per character. I don't use it on all characters. Basically I want them to throw in the arc completion for the cost of two alignment change tokens.

Either than or just remove the stupid restrictions on alignment changing so I can grind it out in one day.

Not laziness (although I am lazy) in this case. I would be willing to grind all the content out in one day. But my playtime is very episodic right now. I'll have four hours to play and then won't play for a week.

Or let us do 10 tips a day. Then again, I guess that'd also make the alignment tokens seem more overpriced. I did the "Come Full Circle" route of getting PPP and it was a huge pain. X_X

Can't you just buy two alignment tokens, grind it out in less than a day, and then use an alignment token to switch back?

I could. But if I have to spend $20 per character anyway, why should I have to subject myself to villain side.

You can run the first arc of Ghost Widow in about 30-45 minutes.

BTW, I'm not opposed to this idea. I just noticed the increase of more and more suggestions of convenience features. I am rarely against these things, regardless of how lazy they might appear.....then again, I'm waiting for someone to suggest a way to just purchase all Incarnate slots to be unlocked and/or slotted. :P

Well, it'd have to be more than 2 alignment tokens since this basically is the same as 2 of them + throwing in the completion of an arc for you...this isn't counting the free respec you'd get from completing the arc though, but a price must be paid for the convenience of the other stuff.

-Patron Power Pool Access, Asked
-Midnighter Club Access, Asked
-Alignment Switching, V (Eventhough Posi said that this would never be an instant switch thing when GR went live.)
-Capes and Auras, V
-Lowered Epic Toons restriction from level 50 to level 20, V
-Lowered Ouro access from level 25 to level 14, V
-Lowered Epic Power pools from level 41 to level 35, V
-Lowered Travel powers from level 14 to level 4, V (Although i do approve of this QoL adjustment.)
-Alpha Unlock token, V

See all the changes to make it easier to get access to something?
Personally, most of these changes i hate, they take away from the experience.
This has stared a trend and and it's becoming more and more 'City of lazy Heroes'.
What's next? Buy a level 50 token so that when u create a new toon, use that token you are an instant level 50? Or an Unlock all token, when used it will unlock all things, items TF's/SF's and all access to all zones and such?

If you are willing to pay for APP pools, just buy an Alignment switch token, do the arc, and again buy a token to switch back to Hero. problem solved.

They should unlock the patron powers for heroes when they get the Diplomat Badge.

Defeat all the Patrons, but don't try and learn about them? Get tech, magical information, or intel? Doubtful.

Problem with that is that the Epic/Ancillary pools open up at 35 now and you can't get Diplomat til 45.

My solution would be to lower Recluse's Victory minimum to 35 and you open the Epic Pools by defeating the four Lieutenants there.

I like that the villain Patron Power Pools have to be unlocked and I would love to see hero Patron Power Pools handled the same way.

I am not too keen on selling EVERYTHING in through the store.

If it keeps up people will soon be demanding "blank" pre-leveled to 50 toons that they can buy, spec and launch directly into Incarnate stuff. Next it will be demanding Incarnate stuff sold in the store.

(Yes I know that the power levelers have been selling them for cash for some time now.)

I would settle for a blue-side contact, say Manticore's head of Wyvern's day-to-day operations, offering a mission arc about the length of a patron unlock arc. He sends you off to sabotage Arachnos operations: steal a shipment of maces before their isomorphic settings are activated, hack the database at the lab where they program RNA retro-viruses to unlock latent Mu powers, rescue a shipload of captured ghost pirates before they can be delivered to GW's tower in Mercy, and intercept a raid in Bermuda where mako's agents are stealing Red Coral. Wrap up with a fight against some number of Patron lieutenants. In the end *ding* patron powers access. No easier than what a red-side character has to endure, just minus the hassle of blowing a week and change cycling one's alignment.
