As a quick test, I pulled out my Crab Spider who has Degenerative Radial Flawless Interface as well, to see if it's not just Masterminds:
SUMMON SPIDERLINGS: All Spiderlings can trigger Interface.
SUMMON REINFORCEMENTS: All Disruptors can trigger Interface (when they use their attacks, their holds and immobilizes can't, which is working as intended since they're not attacks).
SUMMON BLASTER: The Arachnobot Blaster can trigger Interface.
ARACHNOS TOTAL CORE IMPROVED ALLY: Tarantula Essence can trigger Interface. Bane Spider Essence can trigger Interface.

I've been doing a bit of testing with my Thugs/Dark MM using the Rikti practice dummies post-issue22, and they barely seem to be triggering Degenerative Radial Flawless Interface (75% proc toxic, 25% debuff HP). Using my MM's personal attacks, it triggers fine, but the pets seem a bit off.
BRUISER: I had the Bruiser fighting against the dummy for five full minutes and it didn't even trigger once.
ENFORCERS: The Enforcers are the same way, they cannot trigger Interface either after fighting for five minutes.
THUGS AND ARSONIST: The Thugs and Arsonist individually tested, trigger it as normal.
GANG WAR: All Posse members can trigger Interface.
Is this working as intended or is either Degenerative or Thugs bugged? It seems odd that only the Tier1 pets can trigger Interface while the Tier2 and Tier3 can't. If someone has other MM classes or Interfaces, could they help test it please?
