Primary powers specific temp powers

Sounds decent. Though it would have to all come from the same recipe, or else we'll be getting drops for 50 or so different primaries that no one else can use.

How about a set of craftable temp powers that are only usable by characters with a matching primary power set?
You might be able to use existing animations, maybe just add some different colors to distinguish them. For example, Empathy might have a temp power which creates an Endurance Aura (a Healing Aura, except for Endurance), and it could use the same animation as HA except with a blue aura.
