So I have my dream IO collection... now how to slot them all? (+2 SS/WP)

Hi all!
So after working on build after build since invention origins actually came out a million issues ago, I've finally amassed a huge collection of IOs and influence with which to slot my pride and joy SS/WP brute. He's now pretty heftily IO'd and Incarnated (boasting a +2 level shift with Spiritual Core Paragon) and if you see an IO listed in this build, it's because I literally already own it. Needless to say, I'm fairly happy with this build, but I'm going to do one final "NEVER EVER EVER RESPECCING AGAIN" respec to drop Laser Beam Eyes and Taunt for Strength of Will and Spring Attack and a few slot adjustments.

Here's what I have planned, but I'm pretty sure I could do even better with this. I have all of the IOs except four of the six Obliterations in Spring Attack (yes, that includes both the PvP uniques). What I was hoping is that you guys could take a look at my build and tell me if I've excessively slotted any powers or placed standard IOs where a set would be more beneficial. This is effectively the build I'm running around with now, but right now I have the Superman Lobotomy DeathBeams and Taunt in place of Strength of Will and Spring Attack.

I'm also sitting on about 250 million influence left after FINALLY finishing my build, so any finishing touches are fine to suggest. If I can't afford it now, I'll have the money in a week tops -- a lot of my income comes from tickets from Free Farms Friday, which means potentially getting the IO I need off tickets.

The build is meant to be high-regeneration, high-recharge and softcapped to S/L (I couldn't figure out an easy way to get Energy softcap without sacrificing a lot of regen and recharge, but if you can, let me know?), as well as toting high resistance to S/L, Psi and good defense all-around. Overall the build is meant to be highly resilient for S/L and Fire patrol farms -- a lot of what I do involves farming -- and iTrials, either as an offtank or main tank if that's at all viable (for which I might drop Resurgence in favor of Taunt?)...

Sorry for the double-post, but I wanted to give you guys an update on the respec; I've acquired mo' money, mo' IOs and updated the build in Mids, and I think this is the very final build I'm going for. I finally got +3 this week, no less!

Over the old build, the new build boasts 800% regeneration on one RTTC target (versus 725%), an extra ~150 HP, and retains S/L softcap and high resistance to S/L with only a mild hit to Endurance Recovery (conversely, it totes mildly better endurance usage than before).

If anyone can take a moment to give it a once- or twice-over and make sure I'm not slotting things like a noob, I'd adore you. :> Thanks in advance!

Going to bed right now so just took a quick look but foot stomp without the force feedback +recharge proc makes me sad. It has a 10% chance to give you 100 to your recharge for a short burst. That 10% is for each target you hit. move a slot over to rage and put two rectified recticles in place of the one Gauassians you wont lose your S/L soft cap as two rectified provide the same defense as 6 oblits.

Do you use boxing as part of your attack chain? cause right now you have punch, haymaker, and knock out for single targets.

My advice, drop spring attack, pick up jab and throw kinetic combat in it. Lose the Glad armor proc. There is a -to hit enhancement that gives smashing lethal defense. you can slot that into rise to the challenge. As i said, the force feedback proc in foot stomp. I would also keep laser eye beams as it provides -def and can take the anchilles heel proc.

Decided to throw something together. My build achieves soft cap to both S/L and to E/Ne and has more recovery all while keeping your power choices. Downside is less regen, by about 3 hit points a second, and hasten recharges 7 seconds longer than your build. But with the force feedback proc that shouldnt be a problem.

The build I have may not give as much regen or hitpoints, but I feel it more than makes up for it in defense to all types and psi resists. It should also come out to be significantly cheaper and allow you to use that money elsewhere.

Important numbers:

Defense - 45% S/L, 36% En/Neg, 22% Psi, 41% Fire/Cold
Resists - S/L 48%, Psi 38%

I also have maneuvers, but I left that out of the numbers since you don't have it. I gave up the Spring Attack and Super Jump that you have for Hurl and Maneuvers. I was going for the Technologically Altered boxer with my character. Never get hit and heal when he does. Unless there is a significant defense debuff that results in cascade failiure, my regen never comes in play. I have only seen this fully with Rularuu and I think they took my regen too. Whatever happened, I just started dying and couldn't recover. Other than that, I am still testing the limits. The levels are as close to 30 as possible for exemplaring down. Even when I don't have to protection of Strength of will, he should be pretty srtong. I think I am going to move some of the energy set bonuses a little lower though to cover the time when I don't have heightened Senses. I did the low level "Who will die?" parts and felt naked.

I took what I feel is the best of both your builds and I tailored something a little more to my liking. May I just say 'props!' for actually getting a solid Willpower Brute build going that's got not only E/N softcap, but S/L as well!

This build has S/L/E/N softcap at the cost of about -63% regeneration on one RTTC target and a nigh-unnoticeable loss in recharge rate and S/L resistance. I did keep Shield Wall just because I feel that an extra +3% resistance to everything, including elemental/energy/exotics, is nothing to sneeze at. Since I like to try to tank iTrials, being at +3 and having softcap and better resistance to every damage type most commonly seen in this kind of content appeals to me.

I feel it's a slight bit better slotted for damage and IO slotting placement (IMHO! No offense intended), and I doubt I'll notice any of the regeneration loss in real-time given that I mostly farm and run iTrials on this toon -- so I'm swamped in ~10+ mobs at all times. All in all it should be pretty boss-like. I picked up Taunt and retook Laser Beam Eyes while keeping Spring Attack for farming and what not.

Looks pretty sweet. I just don't have the PvP resist IO. That's why I didn't try to fit it. I do have the defense one, so it made it in. I tried to get the healing bonus +4% from the IO sets, along with recharge for 1 more slot. I hope it is actually helping my regen portion. If it isn't, I wasted slotting. I also tried to offset my regen by going with the vigor alpha powers. I am still working on the final build, but that was what I came up with until I can farm myself to some more money or something.

Here is my soon to be SS/WP build. I just came back from an 11 month break and need to pick up the ATOs. I lose a bit of defense, but Rise to the Challenge soft caps me in melee (people forget it has a nice -to hit debuff on it). But this build picks up 5.5 hitpoints a second (not much granted) but it does pick up 2 aoe attacks. I use this build for incarnate and TV farming.
