It's because you're looking at the power directly, and it doesn't know that it's a mastermind pet power, so it's defaulting all the AT modifiers to 1.0. Often modifiers for debuffs are negative, so the scale of the power itself is positive.

The real bug is that it's showing "Mastermind" as the AT when that's clearly not what it's using. It should be going straight to "Unspecified". Probably some old special-case cruft that needs to be cleaned up.
Try this one, slotting 3 so's (35's in a 32 MM) My Dire wolf only shows 67% damage and all the others show 97+%.
Dire does have the ability to slot damage resist and the damage % Is matching the resist %.
Not sure if this is a bugged damage...or just a reporting bug in the manage screen.
However on the detail..the dires attack show less damage the lions. Not tested in game yet

I was looking through the powers for Beastmaster when I noticed cohtitan lists the Alpha Wolf's Growl power as granting +Damage and +ToHit instead of -Damage and -ToHit.
Is this a bug or am I simply not accustomed to how they represent debuffs?
