This is my attempt to build a character to be used for soloing/grouping/anything but mostly for just having fun.

Do you guys see any major issues with the build?

No Mids access here which hampers things a bit at my end.
Nothing major but a few thoughts.

Kin Combats in Charge Brawl are usually used for typed defense (S/L specifically) not for boosting positional defense. Probably not the set to use here.

I like to use a slot in FF or FS for a Kismet +6% To Hit (or other early defense power).

Agile (as well as Dodge and Lucky) use no end, grab a def/rech instead of the triples for a wee tiny bit more +def. Curious why 3 GotA ... the 3rd set bonus as I recall is F/C resistance? Is your DDR at 95% (or at least within a couple percent)? If not perhaps just drop a straight +def common IO in the 3rd slot?

Assume you're using Scirocco's in LR for the +def(AoE)? Why not Eradicate (better recharge, nice +max health, same def(AoE))? Or Obliterate and make up the AoE defense elsewhere?

Stealth IO to stack with stealth from SS?

Lots of effort (slots and power choices) for +recovery and +end but no Miracle +recovery?

Guessing Boxing with Stupefy is a set mule for the +6.25% recharge? Seems like a lot of slots for the bonus (but hard for me to see without Mids if you need the slots elsewhere more). Is your Hasten perma or close?

I know on my Claws/SR I went all out to get a Glad +3%def (about 3 weeks of serious tip mission running). Meant I needed about 3 less 6 slotted attacks for the 6 slot +def bonuses which conversely meant a lot of +max health bonuses instead (and better enhancement for those powers as well).

Mostly I was just tossing a set into the build to balance out the +Def numbers, I'll probably go back and pick something else if I build this.

Really just trying to add some accuracy into the build, which I why I need to stop forgetting about things like the Kismet Unique..

Build is about 10 seconds short of Perma hasten and yes, the set is slotted just for the recharge bonus.

For Dodge, Agile and Lucky unless you are going to change the number of slots think about 3 Serendipity (def, def/rech, def/endred) for more max health and +regen. Or LotG +recharge, GotA def/+run spd, GotA +def and use Weave and CJ for the 4th and 5th LotG +recharge which, in turn, leaves you free to use LotG +def, +def/endred, and +def/endred/rech for bit better endred in the toggles.

Scirocco's - Obliterate also carries +Acc and +5% recharge, toss a Crushing Impact in Havoc Punch and that's 10% recharge and 7% Acc added.

Lvl 49 - Could always go Grant Invisibility instead if you are looking to keep a defense set there. Did you need the +def from Stealth for the cap? No idea do to the lack of Mids on my end if your barely at the caps or got room to spare. Or in my case I grabbed Maneuvers, a buff for me as well as teammates. (Frustrating to enjoy builds/building and not have Mids )

I'll look at those options

Except doing that knocks both my Ranged and AoE defenses down to below 42%

Doomguide
I don't need Stealth or Maneuvers to hit any of the caps unless I drop the Mako's and Sirocco sets. The only reason I might want Stealth is as a socket mule for a LotG recharge (allowing me to better slot something else in another power).

As it stands I am not sure how much more I can push this before I have to step up the IOs that cost 300+ million Inf each.
