Corruptors, in character creation at least, can't view what secondary effects msot of their powers have because the info cuts off at "2.5" where it is attempting to show how Scourge behaves.
Sets like Radiation Blast no longer say "-18% defense"(or whatever it is) because that info is not listed anymore.
I think this is a pretty serious issue. That information is important, but apparently the only place to get it is now in Mid's Hero & Villain Designer, not the game that is supposed to give that information.
