ELA/elec build critique
Mids wont let you do it because you cant put ato in lighttining field on a tank i just did one this weekend

Disclaimer: I dont now nor will i ever say im terribly good with mids. If you want really good build ideas... look up Ohmyn. He seems to beat me out at every turn with his ideas.
However from a survivability perspective this build may be a bit more solid for you. It has a blank space which is my superior ATO proc. I find the proc will double stack in my aura against a single target and upto 6 targets and triple stack beyond that as a rule against +3s. This is empyrical testing not hard numbers.

After a weekend of really slow teams (are you guys ready now? how bout now?), I decided to play a tanker again.
I know ELA doesn't have any defenses to build off of, so they end up at a slight disadvantage when it comes to soft-capping, but I ended up with perma-hasten, really high resists, and defense in the high teens.
Should I ditch a lot of my recharge bonuses for defense bonuses?
