i think i found the same mish too, its an alignment mish actually not a morality mish, but his dialogue tree is bugged and does not have any options on it so cant be completed
personally 3 options are:
- drop the mish ifyou have a mish drop available, if not go to 2
- dismiss this tip and get a new one
- or if you REALLY must complete this mish send in a petition (which could take between 5 min and 5 hours for a response)
Oops, yeah. I should have said Alignment mission.
I've petitioned it multiple times on different days. I'm just going to bug it and drop it.

I've never done that one, but I've recently been working on taking a hero to red side to open patron arcs and found the Officer Kuwalski mission to be bugged.
Rescue Officer K. from the Lost. No problem, I rescue him, then nav text changes to 'talk to Officer K.' so I talk to him and he says something about "shouldn't we be taking care of the lost?". So I clear the map of lost. His text never changes and the nav text never changes from 'Talk to officer K.'. There is clearly a clicky in the mission, but it's not active and gives the 'you can't complete this objective yet' message.
That's it. The map is clear and there only seems to be one clicky that I've seen. Just no way to get things to move along.
I can NOT get this darn mission to complete at all.
All the Malta are defeated
I've found Flamespout.
I've found some Holographic projector.
My nav window tells me to talk to Flamespout. I do, but there's no dialogue options to reply to him, which is what I think the error is.
I can't interact with the Projector.
I have no idea what I'm supposed to be doing here and our much vaunted "premium in-game support" isn't replying.
