Check the "mail" tab of the chat window, specifically the "Account items" part.

I haven't played this game in a while (7 year vet here) Before, all I had to do is go to badges to unlock my free costumes. I was told to go to email/account items. Nothing there, and currently my newest character is only level 3. Do I have to reach a certain level in order to have access to them? I just don't want to use any influence right now. Help please thank you
