Attempt at a basic Kine Melee/Ninjitsu Stalker build.

Goals were, in this order:

1. Soft Cap -all- three basic defense types: AoE, Melee, and Ranged.
2. Apply as much painful, murderous burst damage as possible to targets in the briefest amount of time.
3. Don't go useless due to Endurance problems.

As the goal is also to not waste all my money, I only allowed -one- high cost enhancement (the pvp unique), and everything else is obtainable via Reward merits. The empties are Stalker ATOs.

Want thoughts on how it looks, etc; having not actually played Kine Melee before, I'm not sure how it works in gameplay. Also, I'd like to know how the heck to get to 50 to make this build.
