Guides on all the new powersets?

Going Rogue and newer sets, people have generally simply moved to the build forum and asked for personal advice there. Folks are able to give tailored advice for THAT PERSON'S play style instead of generic details that you can simple find in Mids or Paragon Wiki.

Feel free to write and post your own guides for the powersets.
Someone may find them useful.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

It's been awhile since I saw any new powerset guides added to their corresponding area. I know a lot of them are new, but sets like those added in Going Rouge have been around for awhile and they still don't even have areas in the guides section.
This makes it quite the challenge to find help on a guide for Dual Pistols, or Demon Summoning, Kinetic Melee and Electric Control.
So now we're getting some new powers quite often:
Time Manipulation, Beam Rifle, Street Justice, Titan Weapons, Dark Control, etc.
So is there ever going to be a major increase to the guides for these new sets and our Going Rouge sets?
