TW/WP In dire need of help!
TW is a very endurance-hungry set, especially in the AoEs. Obliteration provides almost no endurance reduction. If you're having endurance problems, those Oblits should be the first thing to go.
Rise to the Challenge should be slotted as a healing power. The tohit debuff is almost negligible. High Pain Tolerance should be slotted for +HP; you can slot it for resist too if you want, but it definitely needs HP slotting.
Combat Jumping provides minimal defense, so enhancing it is usually not worth the slots it takes. Throw a LotG and maybe the Kismet unique in there, then leave it alone.
Defensive Sweep is an attack, so it needs to be slotted for accuracy, and preferably also for endurance and damage. If you have any slots left after enhancing those attributes, you can think about slotting it for defense.
Willpower is a typed defense set, so you should focus exclusively on typed defense. The positional defense bonuses you have don't do much for you.
KB protection IOs are completely unnecessary for /WP. You get KB protection already in Indomitable Will.
I'm quite confused why you took Static Discharge over Ball Lightning, unless your concept demands it somehow.
So, leaving your power choices intact, here's a quick draft. I've left 10 slots unallocated to do with as you please. I would take these powers in a different order, but if you're already 50 that might not matter, depending on how often you exemplar down.

ATOs are not nearly as expensive as purples. I think your build could be much improved by their inclusion.
The Fighting pool is near-mandatory for almost any melee build, and this one is no exception. My TW/WP is a scrapper, so he never even has to try to tank for a team, and I still would feel terribly vulnerable without Tough and Weave. /WP benefits enormously from higher defense, and better resists help you survive long enough to regenerate the hits that get through.
Spring Attack is quite redundant with how much AoE you already have from TW and Mu. If you like it just for fun, that's fine, but in terms of performance we can do better things with that power slot.
You also have a ton more attacks than necessary. At minimum, I'd drop Defensive Sweep (it doesn't combine too well with WP's typed defense anyway). Alternately, you could skip Crushing Blow.
Strength of Will is a nice power to have, but far from critical to any build.
I've been really unimpressed by the patron pets for brutes in general.
So, let's see what happens if we drop 3 of those 5 powers, which makes room for Fighting:

I hope this helps. A large part of building a character is finding what works for you, so take or leave any part of this advice that does or doesn't let your character do what you want it to.
Thanks for the help. I see your point of Spring Attack, as well as Tough and Weave. I think I'll be taking some of your suggestions. Funny thing is I have made some awesome builds for myself before, but Willpower has always given me trouble. Thanks again!
I'll add that Combat Jumping really doesn't need to be slotted for Defense; it's bonus is so small, those slots are better spent elsewhere. Luck of the Gambler +7.5 Rech is a good home there, and perhaps BotZ if you need better bounce in combat(plus +1.25 ranged is better than you'll get by slotting for defense!)
The plastic tips at the end of shoelaces are called aglets. Their true purpose is sinister.
--The Question, JLU
Hey guys, I took your advice on things and you were both extremely helpful! Although, I disagree with keeping Combat Jumping down to one or two slots. I've been able to make some pretty solid builds before and I tend to use Combat Jumping as an I.O. mule.
I may substitute Smashing Haymakers for Kinetic Combats because the latter is somewhat cost prohibitive. Also, the L.O.T.G. defense I.O.'s should probably have been switched to defense/endurance because of the little impact on defense a full defense I.O. would provide and for cost as well.
Upon further revision, Follow Through needs to be taken much sooner in case anyone is going to use this build. Otherwise those using this build will only have two attacks until level 16! Enjoy!

Yeah, Kinetic Combats are expensive. Haymakers are a good substitute. Do be wary that neither set provides much accuracy, though. If you're fighting high-level enemies (like on Incarnate trials), you'll really want more acc in Follow Through and Rend Armor.
Moving the Serendipities from Combat Jumping to Weave would give you more defense, less endurance consumption, and still the same set bonuses. Rise to the Challenge and Mind Over Body are underslotted for their main attributes (healing and resistance, respectively), and the KB protection IO in Mind Over Body is still useless. Indomitable Will provides as much KB protection as you will ever need.
You're over the "rule of 5" on 10% regen set bonuses, which means you're not benefiting from four of them (Mids can show you this with Ctrl-B). This means you might as well use Red Fortune: Def/End instead of LotG: Def/End in your toggles, since they're much cheaper and you aren't benefiting from the set bonuses anyway.
That's just some fine-tuning, this build overall looks much improved
Thanks again, Hopeling, for the extra pointers. I'll make the changes you suggested. I'm only using the knock back proc. so I can get the set bonuses of Steadfast Protection; I do see your point though. I'll be arranging the order of the powers a bit too, so I have more attacks earlier on.
I wasn't aware that the rule of five applied to combined set bonuses. I thought that it only applied to I.O.'s themselves. Thanks for the heads up and for helping me get my head around Willpower. As an aside, I find it kind of strange how Willpower takes snippets of certain defensive power sets and makes use of them. It's a very interesting amalgamation of several defensive power sets in the game.
Take care, Hopeling!
The rule of 5 actually ONLY applies to set bonuses. You can slot as many as you want of any IO (except Unique ones, of course), but you can only gain any given set bonus (like the 10% regen bonus) 5 times, even if it's from different sets.
I have absolutely no idea how to go about slotting my TW/WP brute and I'm running out of slots fast. No purples and no ATIO's please, otherwise I have the inf. to make mostly any other build. Please help! Slotting Willpower has always eluded me because it has such a mixed bag of powers and gimmicks. I want to keep all of the powers I chose unless it wouldn't make a very sturdy brute. I'm getting sick of using Tough and Weave on so many builds too and I'm trying to avoid using the two. If using those two powers is absolutely necessary then put them in there somehow. Thanks!
