Well, Elec Armor is typically better on a Brute than Energy Armor. Brutes tend to do better with resist sets, and elec has 90% energy resistance which is incredibly valuable, it also has a damage aura which EA does not. Damage Auras are king on brutes. That said EA can work fine if you want to play it, and does quite well even on just SOs.
Im rolling 2 new brutes once Street fighting goes live.
But not sure about secondaries:
Claws /EA?/Ela?
Staff fighting /EA?/Ela?
