ATO: new bonuses values with catalysts ?

So, 3% max HP, 5% S/L and 2.5% Melee, 5% damage, and probably something like 4.5% S/L resistance.
And no, the proc values do not stack. When you make it superior it gains the new value and loses the old one.

You can't put both versions in your build. You can only slot one of each ATO, whether normal or Superior.

what are the enhancement values?
Are they inline with purples? so Acc/Dmg increases Acc and Dmg by 33% each wheres the non-purple is 26%?

They all become "purple sized" bonuses. So that's 3% hp, 5% S/L def, 4% damage, 10% recharge, 2.52% resist.

hello, the original set bonuses are
(2) Increases maximum health by 1.5%.
(3) Increases lethal and smashing defense by 2.5% and melee defense by 1.25%.
(4) Increases damage by 2.5%.
(5) Improves the Recharge Time of all of your powers by 8.75%.
(6) Increases Smashing and Lethal resistance by 2.21%.
