I bought mine from the Auction House, as they are an extremely rare drop and I rarely find a team that plays TPN. I think it was worth the 3 billion I spent in the game, the most B.A. pistol's they have 
1.5 million per pistol is what I spent.
Guess it made my dual pistol blaster a 6 billion (build was 3 billion) toon after I got those babies haha. And yes they are color tint-able.
Anyone got a screenie of them on a toon? Would like to see the model applied to a playing toon, so I can start looking seriously to finish a TPN
