Sure you are level 36 so you have access to the ouroborus portal and time travel. Just go get the badge mission as a time travel and do it that way. Badge missions generally are at the bottom of the list of available missions per level. Now Gordon is a level 35-39 contact so if you don't want to wait until level 39 or 40 find a friend that has a character high enough and do the mission together.
also I think you will find there are other contacts that will offer him as a contact...

I am not sure it may even be possible to be introduced to him by running 5 radio missions and a safeguard... I can't remember one way or the other so don't assume that's true!

I need Gordon Stacy as a contact so that I can do "The Doctor" missions and get the "Doctor's Ally" badge.
Montegue Castellena is supposed to introduce me to Gordon Stacy, however for some reason he refuses to do so. I'm now level 36, so I should be high enough level. What's the problem?
Does anybody out there know how I can get past this problem and get Gordon Stacy as a contact?
