How's this? Standard soft-capped to everything save Psi.
The only thing it doesn't have is Build Up and I could probably make it fit elsewhere. Probably at the expense of Hasten.
This is a more or less "finalized" build. So it's NOT intended as a template for leveling up.
If you're in your late 30's or early 40's, you could begin building for this though and be mostly feature-complete.

This could work fine for you, but honestly I think you're going to have issues. This could simply be difference of design philosophy. I prefer to make builds that are fairly self-sufficient endurance-wise, then stack things like recharge on via Incarnates.
Also, honestly, you don't really need Maneuvers, save maybe as a slot mule for that LOTG +Recharge.
The defense enhancement of the Zephyr trio in SJ is so small as to be a waste.

I agree with Hyper, you've got four high endurance toggles (Tough, Weave, Maneuvers, and Focused Accuracy) and three attacks underslotted for end reduction. If you ever exemp down so you don't have Cardiac available you're going to be hurting.
I'm not a fan of Maneuvers or Focused Accuracy for Invul, but at least Maneuvers is helpful if you want to soft-cap F/C defense. However, it must be slotted sufficiently for end reduction. I think FA should be skipped altogether, and in the build below I replaced it with Conserve Power. But if you want to keep it, ditch the Gaussian's set, and slot it with end reduction instead. Gaussian's is a great choice for positional defense, but for typed defense it's a lot of slots for relatively little gain.
Also, in your current build Dull Pain is woefully underslotted, it should be 5 or 6 slotted, IMO. I recommend 5 slots of Doctored Wounds, which slots it adequately for both recharge and heal and gives you a recharge bonus besides.
Here's the changes I would recommend. It's still soft-capped to all but Psi, but this build will be *much* more endurance-friendly than the one you posted. There's a free slot as well to do with as you like, though if you change CP back to FA I recommend that you 2-slot it with level 50 end reduction commons.
