Arsonist is your big damage dealer, and 2 levels lower than you, so I would say not to skimp on ACC. I wouldn't want to play with less than 1.50 accuracy. I usually slot it into the high 1.70's or low 1.80's. You can get that with 3 parts of level 29 Blood Mandate set. It doesn't cost that much. I don't know what you plan to do with the extra slots, though.
