Can we get some info on this person's system?
Also, if this happens, try having them type /reloadgfx and hit enter in the chat window.

So my friend just downloaded CoH today, made an account, logged in. He could do the tutorial fine, he could run around the city fine, but as soon as he zones into a mission or DFB, everything but people/enemies vanishes, so he can't see walls, he can't see the floor, nothing.
I've encountered a similar problem in games where it didn't load the environment, but I'm not 100% sure, so any ideas for how to help him?
