I think a lot depends on your build and secondary. If you have a resistance based secondary, like Fire Aura or Electric Armor, you'd probably get more out of the resistance boosts in Cardiac. If you have a few stacked healing powers as in Regen or Willpower, you may get more milage out of Vigor.

Only have tried Ageless so far, I will take +Regen instead +HP.

Just leveled my TW Brute to 50.
I was thinking about going Cardiac for sure, but how about Vigor? Havent tried.
I will go Rebirth for Max HP.
Any advice?
