I did that already, but nothing suggested seems to be helping much. I have a computer egghead here at home (she designs realtime operating systems for the nuclear industry and knows computers like nobody's business) and she can't ferrat out the problem. Short of a complete system dump (which may or may not fix anything), I'm not sure what to do.
If I don't end up coming back, note that it wasn't anything anyone did, and that I had a great time playing, and I will miss you guys. I hope I'll be able to come back, but if not, it's been fun.

Some good news. It's still intalling, but it's got to a point where I can log in access the tutorial areas. Crossing my fingers, here.

I'll be back in about a week, after I do a bit of repair work on my rig.
To my friends on the server- I'll be back if or when my current computer problems are sorted out. I hope I'll be back in the next day or two.
