Yes for RWZ, no for Cimerora. Hacked telepads are new incoming base items that look exactly like the current telepads, require exactly the same salvage to create, cost a little more prestige to place, but can hold six (6!) zone beacons instead of the usual two (2).
Beacon for the RWZ: Yes. But you'll need to partake (or crash) at least one Rikti Mothership raid to get the final exploration badge (it's in the bowl of the mothership).
Beacon for Cimerora: Nope
Hacked Telepads: An upcoming (Issue 22) addition to the base builder's arsenal.
At least currently, they look identical to regular telepads, and are constructed with the same components. Energy and Control consumption are currently identical to regular telepads.
They have a slightly higher Prestige cost. But, considering the fact that you use fewer of them, will ultimately realize you a savings of prestige).
