Any help with the combat aspect of DB/SR?

In the process of making a new build for a Dual Blades/ Super Reflexes scrapper, I came upon a problem. While I have plenty of experience with /SR, and got my positional defense to an all around 41.5% without the help of my primary, I have NO experience with DB/. So, great forum entities, help?
Notes and Comments.
I have to compromise a little bit for thematic reasons, I want to get the best possible speed I can without using super speed, because the glow annoys me to no end.
I'd like to get my Positional Defenses to 45 or higher.
That's about it.

This might give you some idea's.
I went for HP and movement.
You might decide on a Alpha before min/maxing
Nerve looks good, you could stop at tier2 (Acc and Def buff)

The Sheild Walls (D/E and D/E/R) cost about the same as a LotG/7.5%. I tried to limit the usage of these. The build below has 4 of the D/E and 2 of the D/E/R (@700mil)

managed to get 5% run speed five times (along with the GotA's)

I've made my own recently. Softcapped, good global recharge, 300% Regen, +12% HP (Before Accolades), soild recovery. The build is maxed out on enhancment boosters, but it'd still be pretty damn good without them.

Here's a build that might meet your needs. It is pretty expensive, currently maybe 11 billion but a few weeks after enhancement converters come out in i22, I think it will be significantly less. Notes about the build:

-Made to work with T4 Agility Radial Alpha and T4 Rebirth Radial Destiny.
-Portal Jockey and Atlas Medallion required to sustain endurance.
-Has enough recharge to use top attack chain, BF-AB-SS-AB-repeat
-Sweeping and Attack Vitals combos are available
-63mph run speed with Sprint; 83mph run speed with Sprint/Ninja Run (Max run speed is 92.5mph)
-Hasten can be made perma with Enhancement Boosters.
