OK I looked at your build quicky.
You are missing Follow Through which is sad as it is one of the best attacks in the set. Read the thread by Combat in the Brute forums about TW/Elec Optimization.
Also you should consider slotting a Force Feedback +Recharge in Whirling Smash. It is *so* worth it.
You also should try to fit the -RES achilles heel in Rend Armor, and if you have the 500M around, the -RES Glad Combat in Arc of D.
I made some changes by adding the -res to those powers I decided to keep the powers I choosen it works for me

I had this in my mids for along time now and decided to see what others thought of it and idea towards making it better would be welcomed I'm not the best at mids
, But I think it's pretty good it's pretty much a tweak of what I currently run just with purple enhancements. I like the toon enough to one day give him purples Please tell me what you think
