Your best bet would be to PM your problem to one of the community representatives (Zwillinger, Beastyle, Freitag) or board moderators and ask them what steps you need to take to escalate the issue for a resolution. Make sure you're polite--don't expect help if you rage at them over a problem they know nothing about and have no control over. These are community reps, not developers.

I have the same problem, I contacted them months ago with no real response or development about the bug sadly. I hope they fix that soon.

Also, do the yearly milestones still award a character slot?

Ok, i have been waiting for about 5 months now on my 2 year veteran badge.
CS say they can give me the badge, but with the next server maintenance it would be deleted.
The worst part: I don't see this brought up by the Devs, AT ALL.
No "Sorry guys, we're working on it." And i think that i'm not alone in this.
So please, could a Dev/Red-Name chime in and say what the status is of this bug?
