I could give a list of troubleshooting steps, but the fact is it's probably faster and easier to download it from the CoH web site again. Let me know if that works.

Old news really isn't a problem, that's not from a Launcher update - that's actually a web page located at Paragon Studios' web site somewhere.

And the web page is updating for PCs but not for Macs?
Only know there are special deals or events going on because I see them on my PC and not either of our Macs.

I just looked, and the Mac launcher does indeed have an old news page (Winter Event). The PC Launcher has an ad for coyote travel power.

This is a problem both I and my wife have.
She has the most recent Mac OS and I do not.
I'm using a laptop, she's on an iMac.
NClauncher is in the applications directory with City of Heroes.
For some reason, while can update City of Heroes directly, it won't update the launcher itself. In fact on hers it gives an error each time that it couldn't find the url or something.
We both have the launcher still showing the Winter Event (where on my PC it shows stuff like the Coyote travel power and Carnival of Light costume pieces.)
Any ideas?
