First, thank you for posting. I saw some flaws in my build such as unneeded rech in hasten and taking -3% dmg out of Nova Emanation for extra slot, and taking one resist out of dwarf for another extra slot, and finally taking out the dmg proc for sunless mire, for a third slot. The one thing I didn't like in your build is that you took out my +ranged def and slotted for more +rech. Personally, I have enough rech and needed more def. So I didn't follow you all the way, I took the extra slots you handed me and built towards ranged defense instead of rech. I also liked putting stealth on sprint instead of in ss, and the slow +resist. You can comment on my updated build I made after looking at your ideas.
This is my build I am currently using for tri-forming(Using all 3 forms :P)
I'm low on slots so if you see anything that stands out that could be used more effectively tell me please! Thanks!

- Switched apoc set off nova bolt and put FULL set on nova blast (Taking decimation set putting it in nova bolt).
- Took out Ragnorak + knockback proc and put in Positron + energy dmg proc.

- I took out slots unneeded Slots from hasten (Leaves me perma hasten with 2 seconds to spare).
- I took out one slot from Black Dwarf (Resistance slot)
- I took out dam\range slot from nova emanation (only -3% dmg loss)
- I took out dmg proc from Sunless mire
- I added one slot to Dwarf Drain (Increase heal+rech)
- I added various blessing of the zephyr (adds +ranged def)
- Added Winter's Gift (Increases slow resist by 20%) in shadow Recall
Please post feedback, I'm working towards final build. Money is no problem.
