Advice with my ice/ss please
Turn on combat jumping.
In general I'm not a fan of what you've got going on here. My first impression is that you'll be running out of endurance quickly, and will be desperately waiting for EA to recharge to fill your end bar, especially with Darkest night active. Do you have, or plan on getting any accolades, and what alpha are you going with? This build could use the Cardiac Alpha and the four accolades that provide permanent bonuses to your +end and +hp.
I prefer 4 slotting all my defenses, so to me Frozen Armor, Glacial Armor, Tough and Weave are under slotted. I'd probably use GotA in Frozen and Weave to up your +end and recovery totals.
In Hoarfrost, I prefer to 5 or 6 slot Doctor Wounds. Great recharge time and helps get Hoarfrost up faster.
Those are the first places I'd start. There are other things I'd do differently, but this is your build.

Here a build i based on my Ice/Km tank, Works very nicely. I know u said u wanted more aoe but FS should be up every 7 seconds so u should be good. Also i like to fill in the fire/cold def a little on my ice tanks so u will be a small purp off soft cap for that too, or after a full EA u will almost be at soft cap.

You can build towards it (TechnoPB did to an extent) but you sacrifice too much doing so in my opinion if you go full bore.
I personally build for HP/regen to get those to manageable levels but it's not the only way.
You should be taking hoarfrost. It heals you (and also can put you at the HP cap if you have high enough HP).

I would of switched out kick for boxing, kick has a problem called Kb which is not good for a melee if u use it.

My ICE/SS tank is at the point I want to IO it out. Thanks to altitiss it's taken a while.
It's the only tank I've gotten up to this level, enjoying it a lot but I'm pretty certain my intended build isn't as good as it could be.
I'm concerned my recharge isn't enough, esp. without hasten and it bothers me slightly that L/S def is 44.8 not 45% - EA will cap that but was hoping to have S/L/E/N capped before that, and use EA for itrial mob coverage.
Is fire def a non issue, or just something I will have to suck up?
