Does the Test Server still give you 2 BILLION inf when you create an SG? I seem to recall it gave gobs of $$ in the past so that you could test things right away

Issue: Darrin Wade's Lair in SSA5 is somewhat underwhelming.
Suggestion: Hold a contest on the Test server to redesign the lair.
How: Provide the map (the lair portion of the mission map) and standard base design features via the base portal interface. Players create a 'base' of that map and design it, registering for the contest by their global names.
This could be highly promoted and a visible advertisement for the SSAs.
