Ok a small update, I just logged into another 50 villain of mine and I can see the Story Arcs. The character that cannot see them is a Praetorian (But is level 50)... anyone know how to fix this?
Does your Praetorian have the Bling badge?

Could be bug and/or a known issue with Praetorians. Is this same Praetorian having any trouble accessing any of the other badge unlockable arcs or just this one?

Well if it's just that one arc then I'd be more likely to consider it a unique bug. If you couldn't see any of them with a Praetorian then that might almost be expected. Report it and see what happens - still might take them a few months to fix it regardless. I reported a bug where one of the "gold stars" from an Ouroboros arc would not trigger when you finished the arc and it took several months to fix. *shrugs*

Anyway it would seem that the unlock specifically related to Doc Buzzsaw might be bugged for Praetorians - I had no problem picking up those arcs with my tourist Primal badgers. *shrugs*

As a workaround in the meantime, you could try to find a friendly native redsider, and have them lead the team and run the arcs. I'm not positive it would work, if the issue is that it doesn't think you have the prerequisites, but it's worth a try.

Are certain arcs not appearing in Ouroboros? I am looking for Doc Buzzsaw's arcs in Ouroboros and I cannot find them. I am 50 so I have the contact and its unlocked as it appears on my map.
I don't see the arcs in Ouroboros though...
Anyone else able to confirm?
