Comixology Marvel comics $0.99 today only!
It is indeed a regular weekly thing. Every monday is seems they have a different story arc or two where each issue is priced at 99cents, I think usually 20 or so comics total.

Just beware if you're an Android user, you can't read Marvel comics on your Comixology app (only on PC and iDevices). They'll never show up in your library if you're logged in with your phone/tablet. If you want to read Marvel comics on Android, you have to buy them on the Marvel Comics Android app-- a separate app that uses Comixology's UI but has Marvel's branding, look and feel.
I even have a feeling Marvel's app uses Comixology's same servers, and they're just arbitrarily making us split our collections up.
No big deal I guess, except for when sales like this come along. The other day, I absentmindedly bought a Marvel comic on Comixology with my PC, and then later in the day remembered I couldn't read it from my phone.
@Captain-Electric Detective Marvel The Sapien Spider Moravec Man The Old Norseman
Dark-Eyes Doctor Serpentine Stonecaster Skymaiden The Blue Jaguar

So, today, there is only one title on sale for 99¢, but there are over forty issues to choose from: Cable & Deadpool, two characters I have very little experience of. Not because of any negative criticism, but because I'm more of a classic Avengers, Spidey, Spidey, and more Spidey reader. Oh, and the Marvel Noir universe (can't get enough of that). Between those titles, Batman, the occasional Dynamite Entertainment and Top Cow comics, and a healthy handful of CCC titles, I probably don't get around to exploring other comic books enough.
So my question to anyone with an opinion is this. What Cable & Deadpool issue (of those listed for 99¢ today) would you consider a nice representation of the series? Not merely a good "jumping on" point, but more of a, "If you were ever only going to read one Cable & Deadpool listed here"...sort of thing.
Be as brief or verbose as you like, but be forewarned, my enthusiasm turns into a pumpkin at 11:59 EST.

They need to come up with a netflix for comics. I want to read comics but I have no interest in collecting them.
Isn't that what this is?

Netflix changed the way people rented movies, instead of paying money per DVD people pay for a month subscription.
This Comixology is no different then the comic model that's been around for decades, pay money to own 25 pages of art. Pay money for 15-20 minutes of entertainment. Pay money for something you'll probably read once.
I know this is short notice but if you like to read Comixology comics on your PC or phone/tablet device, you've still got a few hours left.
The banner says "Marvel Mondays," so maybe they're doing this every Monday, but I'm not sure if the prices will be this low.
