Badge-Hunter.com/Vidiotmaps Down?

Is badge-hunter.com aka vidiotmaps.com down?

I can no longer do anything on badge-hunter.com.

I get:

I can't sign-in either, no matter what I do (browse, sign-in, register, etc) I get the above message.

Tried IE9, Firefox 9.0.1, deleting cookies, etc.

Works fine for me. I have to say, though, that error message doesn't exactly sound positive. (Is an error message ever positive?)
