So it appears somehow the PB self-rez is wonky. It is not granting untouchable any more, meaning I die almost instantly if I use it with a lot of mobs around. (Hi, Lambda getting acids...)
Sometimes it also seems to lock out powers, but that may be me getting knocked down without seeing the animation for it as I pop up; but I've been unable to pop quantum flight as I rez either a lot of times.
