fire/fire brute build looking for some feedback
Well, I'll give my own feedback. This build is awesome!

@Ukase
ok, my feedback is that I will fix my tank and show up more often.

Usually, the league has more than enough defense and resist shields . . . if they remember to use them. I think maxing hitpoints and recharge will be most helpful. I usually pick build up or firey embrace, not both unless I want some slot bonus I can't find other ways. It gets to be too many buttons to push that I am not hurting something.

@Ukaserex - This is what I would use. Your tohit and acc is pretty bad in most of your attacks, so I'd rather be able to put out some solid single-target damage and keep my (non-incarnate) softcap otherwise. Focused Accuracy isn't to be used unless you have something debuffing your tohit or the like.
46.3% S/L, 94.21% ACC against +3's (48% base tohit), and please slot your heals for heals. Nearing a net 2 endu/sec over toggle use + 3 perf shifter procs should mean consume isn't really necessary - but there if you need it for when drain psyche hits you, or the new -endu powers in Dark Astoria (grrr!). Incinerate + Scorch + Cremate + Scorch should be easily chained and give you all sorts of burninating powah.

@frank4 - You're doing it wrong.
Thanks for the feedback. I took a peak - and saw some things that I wouldn't have thought of, and some things that I scratched my head at.
I've got the enhancement boosters for hasten and Fiery Embrace. So, I took the 3rd recharge out of those, giving me two more slots to put in BA. This way I can fit the oblit set for the nice bonuses. Little more recharge and the nice 3.75%. I'd have left it as it was - because the 4 multi-strikes were efficient, but the bonuses just weren't that good.
I thought about the low accuracy; and I have to admit, even with my level shift against 50s, I miss more than I want to think about.
I've had FA before - and the only utility it's ever provided me was in PvP. It's a real end drain, as you know. The other content (thus far in the incarnate trials) doesn't seem to be any real challenge to end recovery.
It was a big leap for me to pass up pyre mastery - but I've got to say, I really don't miss it, except during MoM trials when I've got to get out of the pink and can only taunt instead of damaging.

@Ukase
I have a level 50 fire/fire/fire brute and am thinking about a second build that's higher in defense, specifically for the UGT trial. There are periods when there just aren't enough tanks on the league or, when a tank goes down and the other tanks on the league are not confident in their ability to position the AVs where they should be, or sometimes there are no tanks on the league.
I can afford a beast of a build, and when I read that some folks have over 205% recharge with iTrial soft cap defense, I'm left to wonder if there are any travel powers in the build, or what in the world am I missing?
I looked through the hammi-o's and didn't see anything that jumped out and said -- "use these, it'll save you some slots."
I'm just now thinking I should look through the pvp io's the see if any of them boost defense.
Here is a tentative second build I have. I want taunt, fiery embrace and build up. I could forgo a single target attack, loose some defense for the extra damage that fire ball would give me, but I just don't think it would be worth it for a second build. In my primary build, yeah, I've got it and use it all the time.
Just wondering what you folks think. I know that on iTrials, with all the destinys going off that defense it not really an issue. However, the strength of those buffs fades pretty rapidly. About 7, 8 seconds into my t-4 barrier, my defense drops to about 60%, and then 15 seconds or so after that, it's pretty much faded completely, except for a few percentage points.
Given the rigors of the trial, the toons with taunt are on one side of the AV and the rest of the league is on the other. Some times, we have a great league, and it seems like a level 5 defender could tank the AV if they chose to. Other times, I wonder if those who buff are paying attention.
Here's the tentative build:
