Go to https://support.cityofheroes.com and log in to your Support account (note, this is not the same as your Game Account or Master Account, although they can be set to use the same usernames and passwords).
Go to the Ask a Question tab, fill out the info there. Answers will show in the My Stuff tab.
Live Chat help is available Monday through Friday from Noon to 5PM Central time. I'm not certain but I believe Live Chat help may only be available to VIP accounts, which you would qualify for. The Live Chat is a recent addition and I've not had an opportunity to test it, especially due to the limited hours it is available being mostly while I'm at work.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

So after the last update, all i can get if I load City of Heroes is a Pink Square where the title page should be and the intro music. [if it doesn't crash] I have tried repairing it which doesn't seem to help. Is anyone else having the same issue? and someone remind me how to put in a out of game support ticket?
The Resistance has boobs too, and better hair!
