I have used the in-game store to buy points in the past, but I got this error. I tried both PayPal and Mastercard.
I then tried the NCsoft website, where I could buy points using PayPal and didn't get this error.
So for now I've worked around my problem, but I wanted to report it anyway as I find it odd that the in-game store would not work, while the website does.
