Alignment Change Tokens, what?

It should show up in your email, under Character Items.
Okay, then the store's not working and it's lying, because I have zero tokens in my character items inbox.

How very strange - it worked for me on the beta server, but not on test.
You can only test Alignment Change tokens on Beta and not on Training Room.
I keep trying to buy them on the test server and it says I get one applied to my account, but I can't figure out how to actually use them... I have a hero that I was thinking about taking red temporarily for Soul Mastery, and an alignment change token would be majorly useful for trying that out, but where do I go to actually change my alignment?
Or si the store just not working, and it's lying to me when it says I have an alignment change token?
